Link Builder PRO Review
I have been fortunate to have access to Link Builder Pro in order to test and evaluate it. I was approached by Maulana the owner because he is a member of my forum and he knows how much I like to use automated solutions for content and media distribution.
I have now had access to his software for about a week and have had the opportunity to test it fully, whilst I have some results to share with you. They are based mostly on submission rates and functionality rather than any ranking results, since it is a little too soon to see any significant results.
However, because of my long experience of submission software I can attest to what the submission results could be . So really this review will concentrate on the points listed below.
- Ease of installation
- Easy to follow instructions
- Functionality of the software
- Success rates and accuracy of submissions
Link Builder Pro The Review
Link builder pro comes as a package of two software applications.
- Link Wheel Builder

- Profile Link Builder

I will deal with them both separately.
First lets look at The Link Wheel Builder.
There is a saying that goes something like this: “Don’t Judge A Book By It’s Cover”. This certainly applies in this case, because whilst the Link Wheel Builder component of Linkbuilder Pro does have the ability to create link wheels that is not it’s primary function.
Below you can see a screen shot of the interface when you first open it.
As you can see the interface is very straight forward and I can assure you it is just as easy to use.
Some of you may be wondering why this kind of software is needed so I have provided a brief explanation below.
One of the key factors for a websites or even a page’s popularity is how many other websites link to it. This is one of the factors that search engines use to determine if your content or website is the most appropriate to show when a particular search term is used.
So when you first publish a website you may need to make some of this happen yourself and one of the things you can do is to distribute content to websites or platforms that the search engine already deems as an authority site.
You can do this manually but it is very time consuming not to mention mind numbing. So there are various software applications available to automate the process and this is where Linkbuilder Pro comes in.
Hopefully that is enough to give you a short insight into why any serious SEO marketer needs to use software like Linkbuilder Pro. If you need more information then feel free to head over to my forum you can find a link at the top of the page once you finish reading.
Without further ado lets run through the tabs you saw in the screen shot above and explain them briefly.
Linkbuilder Pro has all the trappings of the leading automatic SEO submission tools ( well most but it is constantly evolving ) and as such allows you too submit My Ultra Spinnable Articles to around 25 authority web 2.0 properties online at the moment.
Except …
It is simple and straight forward to use with no complex set up and convoluted menu system ( where the smallest detail can cause havoc ) . It says a lot when the pdf manual that accompanies Linkbuilder Pro is only, a very short, 17 pages and I mean that in a positive way because it covers everything you need to know.
I would suggest reading it once then follow through it as you set up your first submission. I have, and do use some of the most popular automated submission tools available today, as many of you will know I have mastered their use and that is why I am qualified to review this software. It is however important to remember that it is a tool and how you use it is just as important as how well it works from a practical stand point.
An Example Submission Sequence…
Along the way I will make note of where I thing improvements to Linkbuilder Pro could be made.
So first off we need to have some accounts at all the web 2.0 properties supported by Linkbuilder Pro so that we can start to publish our content. This is greatly sped up by Linkbuilder Pro and all you need do is enter a gmail account so that you can receive all your confirmation emails in one place since the software also checks and verifies your accounts.
Here is a screenshot of the config area…
You will also need to select a user-name and password to create all the accounts with. Here it is suggested that you create a unique user-name to increase the success rate.
Here is my first critique I feel it would help with success rates if you could enter more than one user-name either in a spinnable format or simply a list format.
You also have the option at this stage to use proxy’s, and you also need to enter the log-in information for 3 services that Linkbuilder Pro uses to further enhance your link building campaign. You can also if you wish either manually solve captcha’s or use either De-Captcha or DeathbyCaptcha services. ( these will be an extra expense )
All of this takes only maybe 15 minutes to do and most of it you will never have to repeat.
Moving on…
Next it is a simple matter of pressing one button to start creating accounts at the web 2.0 properties supported by Linkbuilder Pro. during this process you have the ability to skip the current website ( should the software encounter problems ) as well as the ability to select all or only some of the web 2.0 properties available. Once this is done you can then go on to automatically verify the websites that require you to do so by simply clicking one button. In my experience you can either do this right away or perhaps wait 5 or 10 minutes to allow the last verification emails to come through, waiting saves time later repeating steps.
On my first creation of accounts I had 22/25 created which from my experience is not a bad success rate.
Next my favourite part actually submitting my content for this I used one of my Ultra Spinnable Articles which dropped right in and Linkbuilder Pro had no problem accepting or creating unique articles from it.
Here is a screenshot of the Article entry tab..
Maulana recommends your first submission to be totally free of any links and from experience I have to agree although this is somewhat subjective and varies from site to site. However if you want to build a strong network of web 2.0 properties to leverage for your off page SEO benefit in the future I would recommend doing exactly that.
This is my second major critique and is mostly a suggestion rather than a problem with Linkbuilder Pro. I would like to see a little more control over the submission process. Currently all you can do is skip a website if it gets stuck or is having problems. What I would prefer is to have a pause button so that I can go into the site in the browser, that has to run alongside Linkbuilder Pro, to fix things on the fly. This would have the added benefit of being able to customize the profile of your account to create a more stable environment and reduce the chance of your account being deleted or suspended.
When it comes to adding links to your submissions then you have the ability to add the usual anchor text links. You also have the ability to use special syntax tags which allow either linking the properties together in a sequential manner by linking to the previous submission or randomly linking to any of your previous submissions. Personally I prefer to randomly interlink because it will seem more natural to the search engines.
As a quick side note you can also add your own URLS to the links tab so if you have your own domains that will help with your off page SEO efforts this is ideal.
Next we move onto the Link Booster tab here we can leverage some third party sites automatically to submit our web 2.0 property URLs to the supported RSS directories, currently 10. In this section you can also automatically submit your URLs to some 40 social network sites, again leveraging the power of a third party submission service.
Here is a screenshot of the Linkbooster tab…
So far this all adds up to creating a very powerful linking structure towards your money site.
Finally there is also a Social Bookmarking Tab that you can use to submit your URLs to the high authority social bookmarking sites such as Digg, Propeller ..etc. Again further enhancing your main websites authority in the eyes of the Search Engines.
Here is a screenshot of the Social Bookmarking tab…
I would perhaps request that the ability to add a spinnable description here would be a great addition as many social bookmarking sites allow you to add a description.
That pretty much covers the Link Wheel Builder part of Linkbuilder Pro I will allude to it some more in my Conclusion.
The second part of the Linkbuilder Pro package is the Profile Link Builder.
It is well known in the SEO world that there can be a certain amount of benefit from having profiles on popular forums ( even more powerful if you post as well try to avoid spamming though ) that allow you to have links in your signature and profile.
So this small piece of software will help you automate the process of signing up and registering profiles at such forums.
This is also a great way to get your website indexed when you first set up a new one, which of course you need to do before embarking on any link building campaign.
I have a much better way to get my new sites indexed so I don’t use this method to get them indexed. However this should not take away from the time saved by leveraging the power of automation.
Profile Link Builder has the ability to allow you multiple personalities by way of entering spinnable user name strings and also allows you to spin the profile information so as to avoid any pattern as much as possible.
You can also use proxies and three methods of Captcha solving as mentioned earlier with reference to the Link Wheel Builder part of Linkbuilder Pro.
As for a list of forums at which to register your profile the software comes with a default list but you would be well advised to get your own list, many people sell such lists on Internet Marketing forums. It is as simple as loading a .txt file into the software.
Then press play and watch it create your profiles automatically and then you can also verify your accounts automatically as well.
As I mentioned this is not something that I do any more however it is a great addition to the Linkbuilder Pro package.
My Conclusions For This Linkbuilder Pro Review
Overall I found Linkbuilder Pro to be a very satisfactory alternative to the automatic submission tools I already use. I know that Maulana has put in a lot of time and effort into it’s development and continues to do so.
So lets go back to by original Linkbuilder Pro Review criteria from the beginning.
- Ease Of Installation – A small zip file download and then clear instructions in the pdf manual. You need to make sure you install the additional windows modules required for the software to function other than that a very simple instal process.
- Easy To Follow Instructions – As I mentioned earlier Linkbuilder Pro comes with a very short yet concise pdf guide simply follow this and you can’t go wrong.
- Functionality Of The Software – During this Linkbuilder Pro Review I have highlighted any concerns I have and most, if not all, are merely additional suggestion’s rather than actual problems. To put it simply it does exactly what it says on the tin. ( erm sales video )
- Success Rates And Accuracy Of Submissions – I mentioned earlier that on my first account creation run I had 22/25 created and I had similar results with regard to actual submissions. This, from my experience of this type of software, is more than acceptable.
Vita you mentioned you had some suggestions for additional functionality ?
Yes I did and here they are, some I have already mentioned and some I know are in the pipeline anyway.
- Pause Submission – Having the ability to pause an individual submission to either make corrections on the fly or to enhance the profile information for better stick-ability would be a very good addition.
- More Web 2.0 Properties – This goes without saying and I know already that Maulana is working on adding more.
- More RSS Submission Sites – Again this goes without saying but worth mentioning. I don’t know if this is on the cards but I would think it has not been overlooked for the long term.
- Ability To Add your Own Properties – This is something that I think would really set Linkbuilder Pro apart from the rest of the pack and I think it would be very easy to implement because it is a desktop based software ( which would negate most of the security issues ) . The reason I mention this is because whilst it is very powerful to leverage the power of authority third party web 2.0 properties you will always be at the whim of them and at any point they could close down or change their policies and by doing so remove all the hard work you have done to build up your network. So it would be advantageous to start to build your own network of sites that you can leverage with the knowledge that your posts and links are under your own control.
I would not hesitate to recommend Linkbuilder Pro to anyone who is serious about their off page SEO.
I am sure many of you are wondering how much Linkbuilder Pro costs and i think you will be pleasantly surprised, especially if you have any experience of similar software tools and services available.
At the moment it is a very affordable $47 per month (compared to $127/month for senuke). I know that Maulana is constantly evolving and improving the software as I have monitored the progress since I first became aware of it.
It is worth mentioning also that there is a free trial and in this the only real limitation is the number of sites available for submission so you can try the software fully before making your decision.
Link Builder PRO is a tool that any dedicated SEO marketer should have in their tool box.
However, as with any tool, you need to know how to get the most out of it and this is where I can help.
I am a self confessed SEO Geek and as such I am in a great position to help you make the most of Link Builder PRO so I suggest that before you make any decision about it you should take the time to check my Link Builder PRO Bonus I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised..

brilliant review, I have used software for article submission and have also noticed how auto submission mode can coase a lot of problems. My idel program would be semi-automated to allow user intervention to deal with submission problem eg login required, login not requested etc etc.
thanks for the great review.

All the accounts are created via LBP, it creates the accounts and verifies the emails for you.

good to know there is another product to choose besides SENuke at a more affordable price. Do you know how is the support for the software? How often is the software being updated? And, does it comes with free lifetime updates for all future features?? At the bottom of the list of supported site, the creator mentioned there will be another product out soon with hint of blog network…wonder is it an update to this product or another new product?

Hi Gonejee,
The software is updated very regularly. I got about 10 upgrades since I have it.
The monthly payments are mainly to this end: ensuring that you always get updates when the sites change.
The blog network Maulana was talking about is now opened. It’s called Authority Link Network and you can get access to it here:
