Do you know if they are offering a guarantee on the program? Like a window to get your money back if it doesn't work for you. Also, are there any other setup fees or requirements I will need to use GCD2?

The book you're talking about has been written by the same person, Chris Carpenter.
But I strongly recommend that you DO NOT buy it. If you're a newbie, without a spying tool, you will lose all your money if you play with direct linking campaigns. We don't create direct linking campaigns the same way it was done in 2003.
