Hi Vita, I just found your really useful …

Comment posted Google Cash Detective 3 Review (Google Cash 4 Review) by Frank.

Hi Vita, I just found your really useful site today. I'm a newbie a PPC Classroom and a GCD subscriber and I read with great interest what you said to another reader about cancelling their Google Shadow subscription. I was going to cancel the extra "Blueprint" part of my Shadow Subscription anyway. Whilst I like the main website/software part of the subscription and the speedy way ads can be created from sites/landing pages and keywords on a list can be expanded into Broad, Phrase & Exact at the touch of a button (it does some keyword tracking too) even I with my limited knowledge can see that there's probably a conflict of interest if you're using GCA to monitor your campaigns. I'm going to cancel my subscription to that too 'coz I'm really strapped!

I wanted to ask you now that your bonus offer is well & truly over if you would mind telling us what the tracking software was that you were offering for free.

I'm considering buying Affiliate Prophet because CGD are recommending it (it seems awsome) and I wondered if that was what you were offering for tracking (if that is indeed something that AP does)? – I must read your review of it. Which brings me neatly to my next question.

In your offer you talked about 483 Clickbank campaigns and 29 Sharesale campaigns – all Direct Linking and I wondered how you would all be getting round/avoiding the Google 2x URL rule? Apparently AP is a slick solution to this which is the main reason why they are recommending it at GCD.

Also someone in a GCD forum mentioned Flexsqueeze which is a template system for WordPress whereby you just replace the text with your own for quick easy landing/squeeze pages. I wondered if you know about it and if you have any comments.
Sorry for the extra long post! I have more questions but that'll do for now. Congratulations on a great site.
Regards, Frank

I tried to sign up. Your captcha will not work.

What is the similarity / differences between cash detective and shadow

  3. By Vita Vee on Feb 21, 2009 | Reply

    Hi Colin,

Thanks for letting me know about the captcha problem. It should be fixed now.

About your question, Google Shadow and Google Cash Detective are two very distinct products.

They have one common point though: Chris Carpenter, the creator of the Detective and The Shadow are very good at creating direct linking campaigns.

In Google Shadow, we learn how to create this kind of campaign very quickly. The Shadow software helps to do that and tracks the campaigns to the keyword level. It's then easy to remove the poor performers.

Google Cash Detective is much more than that. It's a spying tool, by using it you don't have to test yourself which products convert well, instead you find what is working for EVERY keyword: The perfect combination -> The perfect keywords with the perfect ads with the perfect landing page if any with the perfect affiliate product to promote.

It removes all the guess work and allows to create winning campaigns right from the start.

Right now I'm spying a new market. I have found it yesterday in a matter of minutes, I have found who is making money in this market, I have found which products they promote, how they promote them, the ads that they have split tested with their current best ads, all their keywords… I won't have to test all of this with my own money. I'm sure they are making money and I see how they make it :)

As you can see, Google Shadow and Google Cash Detective 2 are 2 very distinct products.

In the coming days, I will complete my review so you will be able to see it in action.

    Hi Vita Vee,

Nice review about GCD! I'm currently also a beta tester for this system…but i'm a total newbie to PPC world and have a steep learning curve therefore not really knowing how to utilise all the tools that GCD and GCA provides! I'm also a Shadow member…and have found shadow to be a handy software to speed up the creating ads process! Since I don't have soo much money to waste on different systems that are available…can you give me an honest opinion and tell me if I really need to use Shadow if i'm already using GCS?

I know they are both distinct softwares…but i also realise that we can upload ads keywords to G Adowrd from GCA! but i'm such a newbie that i haven't really gone in depth with everything the softwares can provide me with! so i'm not sure if my insights are correct or not! pls enlighten on me about it! Tks a lot!

  5. By Vita Vee on Mar 1, 2009 | Reply

    Hi Morgan,

Thanks, I'm glad you like my review. It's not complete yet but it shouldn't take too long now before I finish reviewing all the Google Cash Detective features…

As you already have access to GCD and GCA, you can cancel your Google Shadow subscription without any hesitation. You don't get any benefit from using the Google Shadow software compared to what you already have with the GC Detective.

I say this because when you find a profitable combination of keywords + ads + landing page (if any) you can swipe the keywords and ads at the click of a button within the GCD interface.

It can't be faster than that.
And since GCA communicates with your Google Adwords account, it manages the bids itself to protect you from paying more money than what you get from the commissions you earn.

So if I were you I would cancel my Google Shadow account right now. Google Cash Detective and Google Cash Automator is all you need.

    Kind regards,
    Vita Vee

    Hi Vita,
How can I get the CGD program? The link here is not working?

  7. By Vita Vee on Mar 2, 2009 | Reply

    Hi Charles,

It's not opened yet to the general public.
When it was first released some months ago it was sold out after a few hours (I have read 2 hours or something like that).

I was among the happy and quick subscribers ;)

Now it's going to reopen March the 10th.

But you will have to be very fast if you want to get access to it because it's possible that it gets sold out in a matter of hours like it happened the first time.

Scroll up and you will find an email subscription form on the top right of this page titled "Are you a compulsive buyer?" :)

Just subscribe and I'll keep you informed about everything related to the Google Cash Detective release (plus some other programs you might be interested in).

    Kind regards,

I don't know exactly how much it is going to cost. But it's probably going to be very expensive.

I'll post it on my blog as soon as the info gets available.

A very good review Vita! I am using GCD as I am Beta Testing. It's all that and more! Vita could you contact me via email as I want to pick your brains over something in GCD if I may?

Don't want to put posts up to general public.

How much did the first one cost?

  15. By Vita Vee on Mar 3, 2009 | Reply

The first web hosted Google Cash Detective version was priced at $497

I think it's going to cost more this time.

I say this because it has evolved in a huge software doing much more than what it was intended to do when it was first released.

For example, when I subscribed last year you had to add the keywords you wanted to spy into the software then you had to wait for the software to collect enough data to know if they were profitable or not.

You had to wait 2 or 3 weeks like any other ppc spying software.

But now, GCD crawls 2.5 million keywords every days. So when you enter a keyword it already has historical data for it!

It means that as soon as you enter a keyword you instantly see all the advertisers bidding on it, for how much time they are bidding on it, their different ads through time, their average ad positions, their landing pages etc…

    It's huge! Really!

  16. By Wilma on Mar 3, 2009 | Reply

    Hi Vita Vee,

I too am a GCD user and can't wait for the software to come out. I think any price would be the right price as it is so simple to use. I am a newbie and have bought everything on the market and enrolled in some expensive mentoring programs and no one has been able to get me to the point of making money. I am really excited as today I am going to publish my first campaign, using the GCD book. Wish me luck. I also would like to be on your list of contacts so I can hopefully get the hardware. Thanks for your info. Keep up the good work.

  17. By Vita Vee on Mar 3, 2009 | Reply

    Hi Wilma,

I agree with you. This kind of spying software is like a license to print money, so whatever the price is, it's worth it.

But unfortunately, like very often, it's the people who already have money who are going to be able to make even more. Those who won't be able to invest in this will be left behind. The pay per click world is definitely going to change.

Just as I was writing this, I received an email about Google Cash Detective from Anik Singal, one of the guy behind PPC Classroom. Look at what he says after he saw this video:

    http://www.gcdetective.com/opportunity.php

At first I was *SUPER* excited because
I felt like I just added steroids to my own PPC campaigns.

THEN, I realized that others may be using this against ME and I got nervous.

In the end, I realized that, *most* will never use this tool because they're lazy.

For the few of us that do – it's going to completely change the game.

I can admit that I have early access to it…so…

I'm ALREADY spying on YOUR PPC campaigns!

I noticed this last night and i am a complete newbie to internet marketing can you tell me is it worth getting this when everyone will possibly be bidding on the same keywords and google will just google slap you.

and whats the different between this and copynprofit and shadow,

I noticed that alot of the big players have payment per month in place as i was looking at howie's the apprentice course and google shadow do you think chris will consder this also fo rthis softwere as it looks too good to be true. but i really want to learn this, for years i ahve been toying with the online marketing affilate ideas and making money online but so much out there just dont know were to start.

  19. By Dick Biondi on Mar 4, 2009 | Reply

As a retired futures speculator, I am familiar with markets. They exist to defeat any participant who feels he has found a way to automate a system.
The more people (traders or users of any programmed method) who use the technique, the faster it implodes. (So a developer who finds a true winning "system" would keep it a secret.)
One example might be pari-mutual betting: the more money bet on any horse, the lower go his odds and the worse the payout. The "favorite" has the lowest odds because most of the money is bet on him. :)
In a video, Chris claims that his profits doubled when he set up a duplicate campaign using his wife's bonafides. He'd expected a reduction in his profits, but it didn't happen.
    Hmm.
In other words, a second advertiser duplicating another did not dilute the return. But assume 200 GCD users all try to clone the Acne campaign—what happens? I suspect the bids will shoot up and become prohibitive. After all, there are only a limited number of spots on that first page. Everybody's SEO is stellar, so Google now makes all the dough through the new "bidding war."
    Appreciate your comments.

  20. By Vita Vee on Mar 5, 2009 | Reply

    Hi Andy,

    Yes it is worth getting.

You will not be bidding on everyone else's keywords since it depends on your own keyword searches. Look at my "coupon" example in this review: I had to come with the seed keyword "coupon", not all other users will have the same root idea. Then I had to select a suggestion, I chose hostgator coupon, I think very few if any of other GCD users will find it.

And this is true for millions of other keywords.

About the differences with Google Shadow, please look at one of my previous comments on this page where I talked about it.

For copynprofit, I don't know, I have never seen this product.

I think GCD is going to be a membership site with monthly subscriptions. In fact I'm pretty sure it will.

    Hope this answers your questions.

Since left it, now I am looking at getting leadevolution. how good are the training video's for this GCD2? I have only ever lost money with ppc. Do you think I can use this software, with leadevolution. In other words, actually find profitable campaings.. Send leads to them, and not have to do any PPC?
I really am at the end of my rope with buisness's on the internet. But I know still that I can make money. Please give me some advice. Send me an email. If you convince me well enough, I will purchase through your link;)

From what I can gather, GCD is going to cost around $1,000 bucks!

If this is true…it looks like those who REALLY need it the most aren't going to be able to afford it!

    How much will GCD cost?

If you miss the opportunity to buy it March 10th, when will someone be able to buy it?

    Hey Dick,

    Thanks for your comments.

Sorry for replying so late but I was busy working on some other projects and on my $100,000 a month Google Cash Detective bonus page.

Your reasoning is great BUT not totally right.

First, let me tell you that you are right on this point:

If 200 persons create EXACTLY the same campaign, I mean the same keywords, the same ads, the same destination page it will not work for everyone, that's a fact. It would also increase the average cost per click for the keywords but not too much (because advertisers won't pay more money than what they earn from their commissions).

On this point I totally agree with you.

    But this will NEVER happen.

    Why?

Because it's not Chris Carpenter or anyone from the GCD team who will tell you "Spy this specific market".

If you looked at my example above with the "coupon" keyword, I came myself with the idea of spying the "coupon" niche. I don't think 200 members will have the same idea. Then from this root keyword, GCD gave me 597 suggestions, I picked the "hostgator coupon", once again not all 200 members will pick the same one.

There are literally hundreds of thousands if not millions of different niches you can explore.

200 people will never ever jump at the same time on the same ones.

For example you can spy brand names, how many brands are there? Then you can spy on product names…how many product names are there?

Then you can spy on sub niches of different global markets, for example "calorie shifting" is a subniche of the weightloss market and there are hundreds if not thousands of subniches in the weightloss market alone.

There are millions of opportunities out there that are making money to some advertisers.

GCD will help you to find them. But you have to come with the first root keyword in order to find them.

So even with 1,000 members I wouldn't be afraid of market saturation.

The thing I'm afraid of, is that I just hope that no GCD user will find my own campaigns :-/

    Hope this answers your concerns

    Sincerely,
    Vita Vee

    Hi Owen,

The first time Google Cash Detective hosted version was launched, 500 seats were sold in 2 hours! After that, the doors closed until now.

I was among these 500 persons.

To be honest, at the time I was very disappointed with the service because it was bugged and not usable at all.

And many people asked for a refund but I didn't. Chris promised to fix all the bugs and to add new features that were very exciting.

And some months ago he resurrected the service with all the promised feature and even more!

The first time it was launched, you didn't have access to historical data of any keyword. You had to enter the keywords you wanted to spy and wait for some weeks for the software to collect enough data.

Now, there are about 2.5 million keywords in the database and still growing. These keywords are updated every days and for each of these keywords we know who is paying for them, for how much time, which ad they use, at which position, which landing page they redirect to etc…

Since the first version with much less features sold out in only 2 hours, I wonder what is going to happen with the new Google Cash Detective 2!

BTW, if you want to get access to my $100,000 a month Google Cash Detective Bonus you should follow the procedure detailed at the end of the bonus page right now so you're ready when it gets released.

    Hi David,

It's the first time I hear something about arbitrage conspiracy. I just had a quick look at the sales page but have no idea how this program performs.

About Lead Evolution it seems to be very good. But I don't know if they collect leads interested in making PPC campaigns, so your idea to sell profitable campaigns found with GCD to Lead Evolution leads might or might not work. It's a good idea though that could be very profitable if Lead Evolution delivers on its promises.

About the Google Cash Detective videos, here is a quick list of what you find in the training area (currently, plus they give us free webinars minimum once a week).

    11. Killer Landing Pages
    12. Lateral Thinking with GCD
    13. Magic 9 Promotions
    14. Understanding Clickbank 2/18/09

These videos are about 1 hour long.

They constantly add new videos in the training area and they are very good. Some of them are eye-opening.

Also, if you're not sure if you can make money with PPC, you should have a look at my $100,000 a month Google Cash Detective Bonus.

If you don't make money with that, then stop PPC once and for all ;)

    Hi Howard,

I don't know how much GCD is going to cost. If it's $1,000 like you said it's mostly going to benefit those who already have money.

That's a little bit sad because this tool is really powerful.

And also, once you have spent these $1,000 you still need some money left for your PPC campaigns.

That being said, those who will be able to invest, because this is an investment, will be glad they did!

Some times ago, Chris sent an email to his current users and said that he had spent more than $300,000 to develop this software.

So it's understandable that he sells access to it at this price.

Just want to warn some people who read this: don't invest in this software if it means that you won't be able to pay your bills or to eat. Don't take any risk with your money! Invest in it ONLY if you can afford it.

If you can't get it this time, there will be other opportunities. Probably less powerful than GCD but there are other more tradional ways to make money online.

About your second question, I don't know when they are going to open the doors after March 10th. I doubt that any of their subscribers will cancel their subscriptions so maybe it will never reopen.

    Kind regards,
    Vita Vee

Thanks for the response. You've convinced me that 200 GCD2 practitioners will not skew the market. Also, I listened to a webinar last night with Chris Carpenter, who, by the way, is a consummate marketer. From that call, and the comments of many others, I believe this product, with its training features, could be invaluable. The pre-launch videos he put out were very informative.
He mentioned that the package will be "affordable," with a recurring monthly fee because of the overhead necessary to keep the software humming. Seems they've gone the extra mile to ensure the experience with the original GCD will not happen again.
    Thanks again for the analysis.

The price is actually lower than I thought. I already purchased Arbitrage conspiracy for $1997 this year plus I had to buy spyfu and Speed ppc to make it work. GCD looks like it is plug-n-play plus with your bonus I plan on easily making up the $997 cost. Sure I would like it lower but I am still in. Thanks Vita for all your help I'm glad I stumbled onto your site. I look forward to your assistance in accomplishing my goals.

Dang! So much for wanting to make it "affordable" and wanting to "help people". I guess Chris didn't quite remember how much it hurts when a newbie want to succeed. The steep price tag might be the exact obstacle that stops the newbie dead in his tracks.

Then again, knowing how easily one can lose their shirt in ppc, this software may still be worth it because trial and error can be even more tedious and expensive. I will give it a try and taking massive action and see what kind of results I can get. Thanks for the great reviews and bonuses Vita Dee.

  39. By Vita Vee on Mar 9, 2009 | Reply

    Hi Dale,

You'll also want to use a keyword tracker.

I have found that sometimes, there are some successful advertisers who could get more profits from their campaigns because they don't track to the keyword level.

They have some keywords that make them money and some others that don't convert. Overall they make a profit but by removing the non converting keywords they could cut their expenses and increase their profits.

  40. By Vita Vee on Mar 9, 2009 | Reply

    Hi Vicki,

I know what you mean. Like Howard said some days ago, people who really need this software won't be able to get access to it.

Fortunately there are other avenues than PPC to make money online, they require more efforts and time to get massive targeted traffic but they have the advantage of being more accessible.

Vicki are you already experienced with PPC? If not, be careful when you will take massive action because as you said yourself it's very easy to lose a lot of money with pay par click.

You have to follow some guidelines and be very strict with the way you treat your campaigns.

I found posts on forums describing really bad scenarios from people who bought GCD in 2007 with installing the software, getting kicked off their host servers, even one person getting his credit card charged when he didn't receive the product. It also required that you have your own website. Can you comment on all of these issues before I sign up using your bonus package? Thanks

  44. By Vita Vee on Mar 9, 2009 | Reply

    Hi Marc,

Yes I have seen those comments too.

They are referring to a script version of Google Cash Detective, several months before Chris decided to make a self hosted version.

You had to install the script on your own server, the problem with this approach is that a spying tool sends a lot of daily requests to the search engines. It was very heavy and affecting the bandwidth of the internet service providers. When a user account slows down the server, it gets shut down without notice. This happened to me with another script and I had to switch to a dedicated server (which is more expensive).

Now, you don't have to install anything since the Google Cash Detective software is self hosted on Chris's servers network. This is a huge network of computers and they collect data for about 2.5 million keywords and growing every single day! It's impossible to do that with a single machine.

To use Google Cash Detective, you just have to go to the members area webpage, enter your login, your password and that's it!

    No other trouble.

Then you enter any keyword or any url and you get all the historical data for that keyword or url. You don't have to wait for the software to collect the data, it is already in its database and it's fresh.

Now about the person who was charged and didn't receive the product. I don't know what to say since I didn't experience this problem I can't really comment on it.

There are already several users of GCD and in the members forum I have never seen anyone talking about such a problem.

If you know him, tell him to contact me, with as many details as he can and I will contact the support staff for him.

Anyway, thank Vita Vee for your encouragement. es, They are other opportunities out there. Just have to work harder and smarter. Gain enough and wait for the GCD reopen in the future. Thanks man.

    Dale,

Google Cash Detective is launching on Tuesday at 12 PM EST. So 10am for you.

I have not heard of any early bird opening.

I've sent an email to Chris Carpenter to ask if I could have such an early access, even 30 minutes would be cool, but I didn't get any reply yet. I think he is receiving hundreds of emails :)

    Hey Cornelius,

    Don't make this investment :)
    Yes you read that right.

I always recommend to only use the extra money we have to purchase a new product or subscribe to a new service.

If you don't have this extra money right now, then don't use the money you need to live, to pay your bills, to eat, to have some activities with your spouse and children if any etc…

I know you're a brand new PPC Classroom 2.0 student, so focus on this course, forget all the other distractions (so called opportunities) and you will be able to have more than extra money very soon.

    Cheers,

    Owen, about your questions:

How difficult is the package to use?
    Is there a tutor section?
    What about help files?

The GCD package is extremely easy to use. There are a lot of video tutorials, there are video conferences, there is a support forum + the help desk.

The videos are very well done and you will learn a lot of things with them.

The GCA package is more difficult to use. Not if you use the basic features like swiping an adwords campaign and adgroups but if you want to use the dynamic roi optimizer, or if you want to integrate it into landing pages to track several actions it will require more attention from your part and you will probably look at the GCA videos several times.

    Hi Vita Vee,

your doing a great job with your review site and your GCD promotion.
It's a little sad that GCD is that expensive. It could be a great time and money saver and therefor it's a dream for every PPC marketer.

A few weeks ago I participated in PPC Classroom. As I'm new to PPC marketing with limited cash available (I've to take care of my wife & kid in a day job) I would like to make you a special offer. Maybe we can make an arrangement. If you're interested, please EMail me.

I'd like to hear from you, and thanks for your efforts and honesty here.

    Hi Niels,

    Thanks for the compliments.

Don't worry if you can't get Google Cash Detective right now. Focus on the PPC Classroom course, it's a very good course.

You will have to build your campaigns the traditional way. Of course it's longer and costs more because of trial and errors but it works! Many have made fortune without GCD. As long as you follow Amit's directives and if you don't lose focus, you'll make it!

    Sincerely,
    Vita Vee

Google Cash Automator used to be a stand alone program, it was called intelli-response.

But now it's only available through Google Cash Detective.

When you try to subscribe from the intelli response website it redirects to GCD.

    Hi Mike,

In a nutshell, GCD is used to spy on Pay Per Click advertisers.

The GCD system tracks almost 3 million keywords every day and for each of these keyword we, the users, can have historical data about who is bidding on it, for how much time, what ads are associated with it, what products are being sold through it etc…

The idea is that if an advertiser is paying for a keyword for a long period of time then we can assume that he is making money with this keyword.

Thanks to GCD we have this information plus we know what ads and what products sell well for this keyword.

Then we just have to duplicate this campaign to profit from it.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,
    Vita Vee

    Hi John,

Don't worry. GCD is one of the programs I fully endorse and is 100% legitimate.

The problem you're experiencing is because of a server crash. Look at this email I have received from Chris:

    Hey guys!

We were crushed with so much traffic today!!!

The system that generates your login details,
    crashed…

…so we are creating login details for you manually
    as quickly as possible.

We will email you your login information as soon as
we can can make it available.

Please accept my apologizes for the clumsy

We'll get you logged onto the Detective as soon as
    possible.

At least you made it in! I'm glad to have you here!

Thanks for powering out your order
    through the server problems.

It means a lot to me.

    Chris

As soon as the problem gets solved you will receive your login details.

There are already many customers who are accessing the system, playing with it and finding profitable campaigns to swipe.

Just wait a little bit, Chris has been victim of his success and the huge spike of traffic he experienced yesterday caused the servers to crash.

    They're working on this.

1/ How to create and manage your PPC Campaigns. There's a very good beginner guide at http://beatingadwords.com

    Hi Frank.

Thanks for your comments about my website :)

Affiliate Prophet is an excellent software. I was using it when it was still named Conversion Prophet. Right now I'm not using it as much as I used to. AP is not the tracking software I was giving as a bonus :)

I have seen the video where the GCD staff recommends AP for direct linking. Actually I think it's a bad idea to use it for direct linking. The frame method doesn't work very well in adwords and Google disables this kind of campaigns regularly. You can get a campaign deactivated the same day it is launched as well as having it run for several months before being disabled.

My direct linking method is much better. I don't suffer from Google's double ad serving rule and I have excellent quality score. Very few people know this method. I have explained it to my VIP members (the one who purchased GCD through my link) through some videos I recorded and they love it.

Have never heard anything about Flexsqueeze. Thanks for mentionning it, I'll try to get some info about it.

    Hi Vita Vee,

I first heard about GCD on a PPCBully Webinar, I'm wondering what's the difference of the two?

I am a current PPCBully free trial user, and have noticed in some of your screenshots that GCD features and interface resembles that of PPCBully.

I am wondering whether the two are partner sites? After all, the developers of PPCBully also promotes GCD in the webinar, despite being competitors.

Also, I want to know which is better between the two, before I subscribe.

Please enlighten me which way to go…

    Thanks in advance.

  79. By Vita Vee on Apr 9, 2009 | Reply

    Hi Melda,

Actually these 2 products are pretty different.

They both help you to spy on your PPC competitors but PPCBully doesn't offer historical data for any keyword until you enter the keywords in the system and wait for 3 weeks or a month…

If for example you want to know if someone is profitable with the keyword "how to lose weight", you have to enter this keyword and wait several days, weeks, months to see who is bidding on this term without interruption…

With Google Cash Detective, you enter the keyword and you immediately see who is bidding on this term for several days, weeks, or months! In addition, you immediately see the other keywords of the advertisers who are bidding on this term, you also know when they started to bid on these other keywords, you see all the ads they have used until today and you see their winner ads (if they are split testing).

As you can see, PPC Bully is poor in comparison to GCD.

Unfortunately you can't get access to GCD anymore. Doors have been closed.

    Hi Vita:

I did not see if you post your performance in PPC using GCD, do you have records about how is it going for you using the system?

I have access a 7 days free trial but do not copy ads for the moment, I am planning to do that soon. It will be helpful for me if you have the information for yours just to understand that it works and how you are doing that.

I have read several forum posts about the product and the 70 % said they would like a refund (warrior furum for example), but regarding what I have seen I am not sure about GCD does not work at all.

I think if you have spy the keywords, landing page and ads of a affilliate it helps, but maybe it is not enough to understand affiliate's strategy if you are a newbie, I think it could be a help but it requires some testing and some extra work (not as hard as not being spied the ads, but work at the end -> there is no magic)

So, I wuld like to receive more details on how is it going to you by now.

    Best Regards,

    Mariano

  87. By Vita Vee on Jun 13, 2009 | Reply

    Hi Mariano

Thanks for your questions, I think they are very important to address because many people have failed to make any money with GCD or other PPC spying tools.

First things first – YES I have made and I'm still making as of today thousands of dollars of profits per month thanks to GCD. Without GCD this would be thousands of dollars of profits that I wouldn't earn at all.

You can find some GREAT campaigns to swipe there but you have to know how to find them. I'm showing this to my VIP members actually.

Now there are IMHO four main reasons that people fail to make money with GCD.

1/ As I have personally coached some new users (I'm not doing it anymore because I don't have the time rigth now) I have seen that often they don't copy exactly the campaigns uncovered from GCD. They add keywords that they think relevant, they remove some, they bid too high to get more traffic etc…

2/ They don't know how to find the cream of the cream campaigns from GCD. In my VIP forum I'm giving the exact search queries to use in GCD to find the very best campaigns.

3/ Most of the time the new GCD users are also new PPC marketers. They recently opened their adwords account and this leads to two problems:

    a. They don't know how to create optimized campaigns.

    b. Their adwords account (because it is a new one) has a poor quality score. Google assigns a quality score to the individual campaigns but also to the whole adwords account. The account quality score increases when you create optimized-high-quality-score campaigns.

After you create such campaigns for a certain amount of time your account quality score increases too.

And when your account quality score increases, your bid prices decreases and at the same time your ads get ranked higher (while paying less).

I have opened my adwords account several years ago and in the past I created very targeted campaigns. I think my account has a high quality score so I'm without any doubt paying less than a new advertiser for the same keywords and same target pages.

4/ Most of the new GCD users focus on direct linking campaigns – This is a mistake, I didn't think so a few months ago but now I have seen evidence that it is indeed a huge mistake. Why? Because they new adwords account forces them to pay too high per click and because of that it's extremely difficult to turn a profit from those direct linking campaigns.

Instead it's much better to spy "landing page" advertisers as it's much easier to turn a profit from these campaigns.

So as powerful as GCD is there is still work involved. You have to know how to create landing pages (even if you can copy the landing pages from the spied affiliates).

    Hope this answers your questions,
    Vita Vee

PS: I suggest you stop your free trial and create a new account by using my link.

This would give you access to my GCD bonus and access to my VIP forum ;)

Just to pick your brain & hope to get some answers.

    1) How do we know which countries the competitor is targeting their ads? I don't want to waste ppc funds by using the default.

    2) I've noticed that there isn't a keyword Match Type function in GCD. Will they introduce this in the future? Also on Match Type, how do we know which one(s) we need to target when shown results for the competitor? Chris seems content to go with the default broad match when looking at the numbers, which we all know is skewed.

    Hi Tony,

Thanks for your questions and sorry for the delay before replying:

    >>1) How do we know which countries the
    >>competitor is targeting their ads? I don’t
    >>want to waste ppc funds by using the default

The 28 GCD servers only track the ads showing up in the USA. So your best bet is to start your campaign by targeting the USA only. When you have setup a profitable campaign, then try to expand to other english speaking countries and use a tracking software to see if you make sales from these countries (the tracking software I'm showing in my bonus package does that for you).

I wish GCD could also track some other countries, like France for example since I'm french and I'm sure I'm missing a lot of great opportunities in my country (competition is very low here compared to the USA).

    >>2) I’ve noticed that there isn’t a keyword

What I preach is to use exact match only.
This is what I have recorded in the videos I did for my VIP members. Broad match nowadays is a joke. Google has gone too broad and it's not rare to bid on a keyword and to see your ad displayed for something pretty far from your keywords. That's good for them but not for us.

For $97 a month you get full access to the google cash detective software but you don't get access to the following:

    * GCA (Google Cash Automator)
    * Monthly niche review templates
    * Extra Training Videos

About my bonus yes it is available to people who sign up for the $1 offer if they don't cancel their membership during the trial period.

Hilton, if you signed up through me without having completed the email step, use this contact form to send me your full name, the one you subscribed to GCD with. I'll have a look at my affiliate area if I have been credited for your subscription.

About promoting your own product yes GCD would help too. It would help you to find how other similar products are promoted, you would just have to do the same thing.
