The product searching functions only return products from the clickbank marketplace and the integrated tracking software only works with clickbank too. That being said, it's possible to create landing pages with the software for any product from any marketplace. In fact you can even create pages without any product at all if you want to create adsense or information pages for example. But if you promote products from other marketplaces you won't benefit from all the features of Google Ambush, especially the integrated tracking software.
