Here’s my entry…

Affiliates don’t have the hassles of customers, but don’t own and/or control the products their selling.

Info product creators have to deal with customers, but own their products and can decide who, when, how, and where to sell them. Also, they have the potential to make the most money from those sales; potentially much more than an affiliate.

As for the products I would love to create… I’d want to provide as much friggin’ value to my customer as is possible. Love video. Not as much of a fan of audio only… I think you’ve done an EXCEPTIONAL job with your video series available on your forum HERE, and I would like to model that. Also, continuity products/sales will be beneficial!

I should win because I will work my fingers to the bone to bring in results! And once I’m there, successful, you will get the most amazing referrals, testimonials, and all-around-general-net-love there is!!

I have folloed Tim and his blueprint products from the start and watched them grow in quality. Their last offering was a great product with very valuable information, step by step action steps and the tools required to take those steps. From your review it is clear that this is going to be another first class product that will be full of good information and profitable advice.

For me, working on my own and suffering with A.D.D. these join the dots courses really help keep me focussed and on the right track.

Producing your own product gives you far more control than selling an affiliate product.

It is a lot harder to do in time, energy and skill but the rewards are clear to see. You get a list, you build a reputation and brand name for yourself. There is also the viral effect which over time will help your income go into hyper drive and put almost on autopilot as other affiliates help to promote YOUR products and services.

Selling affiliate products is great, easier to do but, when you stop promoting then the income stops too.

Hi Vita,

To answer the first part about vendor vs affiliate.

The biggest benefit of being a product vendor is that you can leverage your income using affiliates. Other people can do and will do the work for (depending you have a quality product). You can see this very clearly on Clickbank using the %/refd stats. All major products have above 80% %/refd and this means just shows how you can leverage your income using affiliates.

Another great advantage for being a product vendor is the ability to create massive email lists. Before anyone buys your product you are collecting leads and using the mass traffic affiliate drive to your product you are building huge targeted email lists that will make you money all the time for a long time and this is the best way to build a long lasting and successful business.

The setbacks of being a vendor is mainly customer support and the creation process itself. Customer support can be outsourced so that is not a big issue and for the creation process, that is where Info Prodigy will come in and show me (and everyone else) how to create products the right way.

The advantages of being an affiliate are that it is pretty easy to start and you don’t need to deal with customers or problems. All you need to do is to drive traffic to the product sales page.

To answer the second part about what products I want to create:

I am mainly looking to create eBooks and video products. I think eBooks are great to use as hooks to grab leads and build lists and video products are great and will convert much better than any other product and we can see that in the past year everyone is using video during product launches and we rarely see those long sales letters that no one really reads.

I am also very interested in creating a membership site that will provide a service or valuable information as I think membership sites are very important for lasting success as you will be paid every month and you won’t depend on product launches only.

To sum this up:

The reason I think I should be one of the winners is because I believe that when you ask for something and you imagine what it feels like getting it, you will get it. I am also at a point that I started creating my own eBooks and looking into creating a video course and your offer couldn’t have come in a better time. I am all set for taking everything Info Prodigy has to offer and put it into action.

I also love Steven and Tim and I think their products are all of top quality, so learning from them could be a great opportunity.

Hi Vita,

The advantages of being a product creator rather than an affiliate marketer I believe is having something that I can call my own and also make a hell of a lot more money doing. Getting affiliates to help sell my product is a lot easier than trying to sell products of others. Something I have dreamed of doing, hopefully soon.

What I think of Info Prodigy? I perceive it as a product that helps others learn how to create their own product and market it effectively so that you can make a load of money from doing so.

Hi Vita –

Being able to have a voice/opinion, be creative, and share knowledge to a market of buyers – that’s an advantage of being a product creator over an affiliate marketer. The product creator is the ultimate Internet marketer entrepreneur as he/she “owns” a piece of the Internet web property versus “sharing” pieces of “owner” property as an affiliate marketer with hungry markets.

The takeaway as a product creator is that credibility is built, market share ownership is created, opportunities to form important relationships with other property owners and their lists develops, and long-term sustainable income is produced.

Info-Prodigy appears to have all the nuts and bolts and missing or previously unshared pieces in place. Just knowing that Tim and Steve brought on a powerhouse in her own right, Kate Anderson, to bring further credibility and power to this product shows their depth of knowledge and marketing sense in pushing what will likely be a very successful launch to the public. I don’t know much about Kate, but I trust their opinion of her, and they seem very excited to have her as part of their team. I suspect she may have been the missing link to a well-rounded product.

Creating a product of my own has been not only intimidating but also filled with mystery and questions as to if I even had an idea worth banking on. I think I’ve lacked the confidence to venture out into this area of Internet marketing and thus have never taken action.

Receiving an opportunity here to win a license to Info Prodigy would be awesome to say the least. I’ve watched these guys release many products in the past, and I’ve seen how others feel about their reputation on the Warrior Forum. I feel confident that this product will be one worth paying attention to.

Hi Vita,

The single biggest benefit of being a vendor is the leveraging power of having affiliates to sell your product(s). Using a well established and reliable Affiliate Network like Clickbank for payment processing and customer service, makes it a no-brainer.

I most certainly would like to make my mark as a vendor and add value with a product that would satisfy an established need and maximize my online income.

Tim and Steven have pulled it off again with Info Prodigy. They know how to add value and deliver quality products every time – not just following the rest. Needless to say that I eagerly await the upcoming launch!

Becoming a product creator makes you a MARXIST ! That’s right…A COMMUNIST!

Karl Marx said it first. Marx argued that, while in pre-capitalist societies it is clearly the labourer that uses the means of production to create product; in capitalism, whose nature as a mode of production is embodied in its drive to reproduce and increase capital, it is more realistic to say that the means of production uses the labourer

So in IM we all tend to start as affiliates and “work” for the “man” who created the product and of course own the means of productions (ie: you selling his product).

Now don’t get all confused and upset ! I know a lot of you will be American readers who are turned off by the thought of becoming “communist” should they buy the info prodigy.

But the truth of the matter is that until you own the means of production and for that matter actually learn how to build your mean of production (with info prodigy , of course!) you will be at the mercy of the filthy capitalist p**s that populate the Clickbank market place. (don’t get me wrong , I am working very hard at becoming a filthy capitalist p*g, or maybe even a clean one.

Let me give you an example, just the other day I am looking at a product for parents to cope with their rebellious teenagers and daughters, I have a look at the sales page, very well written, little hype, lots of facts and calls to action, even some freephone numbers to use to order (I love freephone numbers ) Then I read the terms and conditions and they say no affiliate sales credited via phone in orders! I mean come on I know it’s technically possible, they are just out to sc**w me of my hard earn cash, a bit like forced unpaid overtime in a factory. This example is exactly the kind of balloney you have to put up with being an affiliate, so who are you gonna call? Your Union!? NO ! you are going to learn how TO MAKE YOUR OWN PRODUCT !

Now. I can’t say that the creators of Info prodigy will achieve the same result than Marxism and communism but it is time for the affiliates of the world to unite behind the power of your own info prodigy creations!

Failing that please become my affiliate and sell my stuff

I have been struggling in the affiliate marketing world throughout the past five years. I have purchased many info products during those five years with not much success. Stepping into the world of developing my own product would give me the ability to build JV partnerships, develop product launches, build lists, become an authority and build an army of affiliates selling my product.

Herea are the reasons concerning the advantages of being a product creator rather than an affiliate marketer:

1. As the Product Creator, affiliates will bring traffic to my sales page and bring in sales on autopilot. This is way better, affiliates will do the marketing.

2. I don’t have to do the promotion.

3. Affiliates build a buyer list.

4. Affiliates can multiply my traffic and earnings.

5. Use the Saved time to work on a new product and continue it again.

I think Info Prodigy product will
a) help me to focus on creating new products.
b) build partnership with JV to lauch products.
c) build a strong buyer’s list.
d) bring in sales to my product.
